ABOUT US

Cork & Pig Tavern is a unique, chef driven blend of signature entrees, gourmet salads, sandwiches, wood-fired pizzas, and mouth watering apps and sides. Complimented by our expansive wine selections, craft beers, and specialty cocktails, you’re sure to find the Cork & Pig Tavern to be an exciting environment for friends and family to relax, laugh, and dine. We are located right in the heart of downtown Southlake off of Southlake Blvd. right next to Central Park.

Cork & Pig Tavern is here today because of the friendships and mutual love for great wines and delicious food that developed when Chefs Felipe Armenta, John Nestor, Virginia Dalbeck, and Ed Buenaventura met in California during the early 2000s. In 2010, Felipe, John, and Virginia returned to Felipe’s hometown of San Angelo, Texas to open the first Cork & Pig location.

With the success of their first location, the chefs partnered with Ed to open additional locations in Odessa, Irving, Midland, Southlake, & Abilene. Today, Cork & Pig Tavern and its sister restaurant Red Oak Kitchen continue to delight diners every day.

Our menu features Cork & Pig favorites including salads, artisan sandwiches, signature entrees, and our famous wood-fired pizzas. Be sure to pair your entrée with a selection from our extensive wine, beer, and cocktail list. Stop by early for happy hour on the weekdays and indulge in one of our brunch dishes on the weekends. Looking for a fun and affordable way to unwind after work? Look no further than our Happy Hour specials, available every Monday through Friday from 3PM to 6PM!

Join us and enjoy select appetizers such as crispy calamari, our famous deviled eggs, and select pizzas at a discounted price. We also offer a variety of draft and domestic beers and wines. Select from a list of specialty cocktails like our signature Piglet, refreshing So. 7th Margarita, and our Reto Old Fashioned.
